Your school, how it is ?? :-)

Hello everybody ! Razz

I've never been tu USA, so I'm curious and I want you to tell us how is your school !

My school, for the moment, is a university level school (3-5 years after high school diploma). It named "ITIN", for Institute oF Technologie and INformations. This school is located near Paris, in Cergy St Christophe Map here !! .

We study a lot of IT technologies :
- Development languages (C++, JAVA,...)
- Network administration (switch, LAN, Linux,...)
- Virtual reality (3D, video, ...)

We work every day of the week (Monday --> Friday), 7 hours each day, beginning at 9am and ending at 5pm.

Our formation is on alternation : we work 2 month at school and 2 month in our factory. It's great because we're paid, and we're introduced in the business world !

In the usa, our schools vary some from yours. We do not have a set plan to get a job. We have Four different schools. Elementary, k-2. Another elementary. 3-5 and middle school 6-8 and High school 9-12. Um, at age 16 you are alowed to get a job and oyu can work, but you dont get school time off for it. Accept when you are in 11th or 12th, yoiu have less classes so you can work half time, and get money for college or whatever else you need. We dont get pid for going to school, only our jobs

Je deteste l'ecole. Je bien at grades et je deteste le ne dormir pas!
I have to wake up at 5:30 to do my hair!
I would rather get a job but we can't in America until i am 16

In the United States, high school is the most important part of your highschool career. It is when a student generally chooses his path, and takes courses that will help him in his future job.
The exchange students in my school say they like highschool a lot better in the USA than in Europe. One kid said it was like a "giant party."
At my school, the teachers act more as if they were your friends, and not instructors. It's pretty laid back, but the curiculum is hard and demanding.

Dans l'étas-unis, lycée est très importante. C'est quand une élève choisis les sa carrière, et il prends les classe ce que aiderai-le avec sa carrière.
Les étudient-entranger dans ma école aiment lycée dans le USA, mais pas dans L'europe. Une étudient a dit "Lycée dans l'étas-unis est comme un grand boum."
Les profs dans notre école sont amiable et comme nos amis, pas nos professeurs. C'est facile, mais le programme d'études est difficile et accaparant.

. The hardest class for me is geometry, its trickier than algebra, and i forget alot of the things we learn. Science class is really boring Sleep

, and most of the people in that class are really dumb.

Je deteste l'ecole!
C'est n'amusant pas. Vous ne pouvez rien faire. Vous avez des ennuis constamment. C'est dur pour moi apprendre parfois. Je prefere la classe de histoire et aussi, le classe d'anglais. Ils sont facilement! J'aime parler aux gens différents a mon ecole parce-que c'est interessant. L'ecole est important a moi et je suis content quand je gagne de bons les notes.

I get frusturated with school a lot because I don't understand a lot of what I'm supposed to be learning. The most complicated subjects for me are geometry and earth science. I blame my grades on the teachers but in reality it's really my fault. Rolling Eyes

Dans l'etas-unis lycee est tres importante. L'ecole commence a sept heures demi. j'ai levee a six heures demi. Je deteste levee. Mon ecole c'est tres grande. Mon classes c'est grande[ so learning is difficult]. J'aime l'ecole pur je detest l'ecole quand je suis mal.
Je pense l'ecole est difficle mais quelques-uns classes c'est tres facile. mon classes je prefere est les sciences et l'anglais. Je veux aller universite pour l'anglas. Je ecrire le lire ou revue.

My english class now is not that difficult for me, i love writing so i really dont get upset when when take a writing day, while other moan. I find writing and reading to be the best, but my worst subject is math. i really cant memorize formals which makes math difficult for me.
